Deposits can’t be refunded without 12 hours notice of cancellation. If within 12hrs we will reschedule

If it’s less than 4 hours notice, we will not be able to transfer and a new appointment will need to be made unless extreme circumstances, which will be at managers discretion.

We may not be able to fit you in if you are late due to having back to back appointments. If you’re running late, please call or message on social media and we will do our best to accommodate but can’t promise.

BEFORE YOU BOOK TO VISIT US AT WRIGGLERS


Please take the time to explore our new booking system, we have worked extremely hard to make the booking process smoother for all our lovely customers. We now only take bookings through our booking system unless you require a private appointment which can be booked by calling or emailing.For a private appointment we do require a £15 deposit taken at time of booking. please note calls will not be answered during term time between 9am & 3:15pm

We have introduced some new changes to improve our services and some small price changes to reflect this.

When booking we now require you to add your card details. you can now pay for your service up front or still pay cash in store. Please note you will be charged to the card you booked with if you do not attend your appointment without cancelling or you are more than 5 minutes late and we can not accommodate your appointment. You will receive a confirmation text & email 24 hrs before and 4 hours before, allowing you to reschedule your own appointment and cancel up to 3 hours before. you are responsible for your own appointment & failure to cancel will result in full payment being taken. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ASKING US TO RESCHEDULE – this needs to be done by you via your confirmation text/email. In extreme circumstances to manager’s discretion we may be able to refund a booking.

We kindly ask that you allow extra time for traffic & to find parking. We do try & update our social media about any local traffic but it’s your responsibility to check times and get to us on time. Our stylists unfortunately may not be able to accommodate you if you’re more than 5 minutes late and we won’t tolerate any rude or aggressive behaviour towards our staff.

Please also make sure you are booking the correct service for your child. For example if your child gets extremely upset & distressed please book the service for a child who doesn’t like haircuts. if you book the incorrect service we may not have the time and unfortunately you will be fully charged. Our stylist has the right to change the price if you haven’t booked the correct service & unfortunately you may be turned away if not enough time can be allocated and charged for your appointment.
